Note: 

i)   Payments will be fully refunded, if notified within 30 days of reservation.

ii)   Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival, or by “Balance Due” date noted in Rental Agreement

iii)  No refunds of payments, if cancelled less than 30 days prior, unless agreed upon by owner.

iv) 10% Deposit (due on receipt).

v)  Security Deposit = $500.00

vi)  Rental Agreement must be signed with deposit/payment
